在抗击SARS的这场战役中,几乎每一个医疗机构都面临着医疗设施不合理、多数医护人员缺乏传染病救治经验、突发事件紧急应对系统混乱、防护服之类物资匮乏等重重困难。如何以最迅速、最高效的方法和手段解决这些突然而至的困难,是对每一个医院管理者的考验。做为中国医疗行业的一面旗帜,北京协和医院经受住了SARS的考验。主管医疗工作的副院长李学旺教授认为,“防微杜渐决胜千里”是协和医院的成功秘决。
