白叶枯病是我区水稻主要病害之一,全区各县均有不同程度的发生,但在不同的生态条件下,病菌致病力存在一定的差异。为查明我区各县白叶枯病菌的致病力强弱,选出强菌株,用于抗病育种的人工接种,正确鉴定品种的抗性。我们于1983~1984年从我区九个县的病区收集并分离出九个菌株,然后将这九个菌株分别接种在四个白叶柿鉴别品种和两个本地当家品种,根据病斑大小测定病菌的致病力强弱。测定结果,我区白叶枯病菌系分属于强菌系、更强菌系二类,未发现弱菌系,说明我区白叶枯病菌的致病力很强。其中9号菌(定南县)、3号菌(赣县)属更强菌株,可作为人工接种鉴定的优良菌源。
Bacterial blight is one of the main diseases of rice in our district. All counties in the whole district have different degrees of occurrence, but under different ecological conditions, the pathogenicity of the bacteria is different. In order to ascertain the pathogenicity of bacterial blight in each county in our district, strong strains were selected for artificial inoculation of resistant breeding, and the resistance of varieties was correctly identified. Nine strains were collected and separated from the wards of nine counties in our county from 1983 to 1984. The nine strains were then inoculated into four white persimmon cultivars and two local cultivars according to the size of the lesion Determination of pathogenicity of bacteria strength. The results of the test, my area bacterial blight belongs to strong bacteria, more strong strains of two categories, no weak bacteria, indicating that my area bacterial blight strong virulence. Among them, No. 9 strain (Dingnan County) and No. 3 strain (Ganxian County) are stronger strains and can be used as excellent bacterial sources for artificial inoculation.
