从2~5叶期甜瓜根茎部共分离纯化了内生细菌81株,平皿对峙试验结果表明,有6株内生细菌对甜瓜枯萎病菌的生长有明显的拮抗作用,其中Z46,Z53,Z54和Z56菌株的拮抗性较强。上述4株拮抗菌的5倍发酵滤液对镰刀菌的抑制率分别为62.8%,66.8%,63.0%,64.7%。温室内防效试验结果表明,Z56对甜瓜枯萎病的防效最高,200倍和400倍发酵液的防效分别为80.0%和60.0%,同时对寄主具有明显的促生作用。说明Z56菌株具有潜在生防功能。
81 strains of endophytic bacteria were isolated and purified from root and stem of melon in 2 ~ 5 leaf stage. The results of plate confrontation showed that 6 endophytic bacteria antagonized the growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. Sp., Of which Z46, Z53, Z54 and Z56 strain antagonistic stronger. The inhibition rates of Fusarium by 5 times fermentation filtrate of the above four antagonistic bacteria were 62.8%, 66.8%, 63.0% and 64.7%, respectively. The result of greenhouse effect control showed that Z56 had the highest control effect on Fusarium wilt. The control effects of 200 times and 400 times fermentation broth were 80.0% and 60.0%, respectively. Meanwhile, Z56 had a significant promoting effect on the host. It shows that Z56 strain has potential biocontrol function.
