高真空吸送是气力输送的一种方式,它有间断排料与连续排料之分。通常采用之间断排料方法,由于密封、锁气等要求,往往给生产使用造成很多不便,在设备布置上有时很受限制。真空吸送连续排料,优于间断排料之处,是它可以使吸料、排料工作同时连续进行。它的实现,将能满足生产上的特殊需要,从而使分离器料斗和贮料库可能分离,无须严密联为一体,可根据需要随时供料;贮料库可以与其它输料机械或工作机连接也无须密封。这样,就为真空吸送的扩大使用和工程设计提供了方便。本文结合沈阳铸造厂的生产实践,简述了真空吸送连续排料原理、系统构成及其应用,并对所属部分元件(装置)的设计、改进情况加以介绍说明。文中分析了以往使用之计算方法,进而提出并推导了最佳混合比计算公式。针对真空吸送特点及工程上实际应用,在计算方法上阐述了作者的个人见解。

Vacuum suction continuous discharge, better than intermittent discharge place, it can make suction, discharge work at the same time continuous. Its realization will be able to meet the special needs of production, so that the separator hopper and the storage tank may be separated, without the need to be closely integrated as needed, and can be fed at any time. The storage tank can be connected with other feeding machines or working machines There is no need to seal the connection. In this way, vacuum suction for the expansion of use and engineering provided a convenient. Based on the practice of Shenyang foundry, this paper briefly introduces the principle, system structure and application of vacuum suction and continuous discharge, and introduces the design and improvement of some components (devices). In this paper, the calculation methods used in the past are analyzed, and then the formula for calculating the optimal mixing ratio is proposed and derived. In view of the characteristics of vacuum suction and the practical application in engineering, the authors’ personal opinions are expounded in the calculation method.
