探讨多药耐药性相关蛋白基因——MRP基因 (multi-drugresistanceassociatedproteingene)对肺癌患者术后化疗疗效的影响。 方法应用原位分子杂交结合免疫组化技术检测 35例非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLS)根治术后化疗患者石蜡组织标本中肺癌细胞MRP基因mRNA表达 ,并回顾性随访。 结果 35例NSCLC患者肺癌细胞均有不同程度的MRP基因mRNA表达 ,其表达水平与术后化疗疗效密切相关。 结论MRP基因mRNA表达水平与肺癌患者术后化疗疗效有密切相关性 ,检测MRP基因mRNA表达水平可预测肺癌患者化疗疗效。
To investigate the effect of multi-drug resistance associated protein gene (MRP) on postoperative chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer. Methods In situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the mRNA expression of MRP gene in lung cancer cells of 35 patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLS) after radical resection and retrospectively retrospectively. Results All the 35 NSCLC patients had MRP gene mRNA expression in different degrees. The expression level of MRP gene was closely related to the effect of chemotherapy. Conclusions MRP mRNA expression levels are closely related to the efficacy of postoperative chemotherapy in lung cancer patients. Detecting MRP mRNA expression levels can predict the efficacy of chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer.
