1月12日,“部分旅客列车票价实行政府指导价方案”听证会顺利举行。总体上看,这次听证会是比较成功的,社会各方面、新闻媒体也给予了客观、公正的评价。但听证制度作为我国社会经济生活中的一件新生事物,才刚刚起步。这次听证会的召开,对社会经济生活的影响远远超出了听证内容本身。作为听证会的主要组织者之一,我愿意与关注听证制度的同仁们一起探讨完善我国价格听证制度的实现途径。下面仅就个人的认识,提出一点不成熟的看法:

However, as a newborn thing in China’s social and economic life, the hearing system has just started. The hearing, the impact of social and economic life far beyond the content of the hearing itself. As one of the major organizers of the hearing, I am willing to discuss with colleagues who care about the hearing system how to improve the system of hearing the price in our country. The following is only a personal understanding, put forward a little premature opinion:
