临床路径是医护计划中一种新型的管理理念和管理模式,目前在医院管理中被广泛应用。临床路径的实施促进了医疗服务模式和医院管理模式的转变,同时提高了医疗服务的质量。本文通过临床路径的概念、内涵、特点、实施的意义以及所面临的困境与不足进行探讨和思考。
The clinical pathway is a new type of management concept and management mode in the healthcare plan. It is widely used in hospital management. The implementation of the clinical pathway has promoted the transformation of the medical service model and hospital management model and at the same time improved the quality of medical service. This article discusses and thinks through the concept, connotation and characteristics of clinical pathway, the significance of implementation and the difficulties and shortcomings it faces.
