1989年3月9日至10日,河北省煤炭厅在峰峰矿务局五矿召开了全省煤矿第四次节能工作会议,各局(矿)主管节能的处(科)长和部分矿长共40人出席了会议。会上传达了能源部和国家计委的有关文件,交流了节电经验,参观了泉头瓦斯利用工程和五矿节电方面技术的革新项目,研究布署了1989年的节电计划,落实了节能措施,并对1988年在节能方面做出贡献的先进企业、先进集体和个人进行了奖励和表彰。
