硒(Se) 耗竭20 周的雄性Wistar 大鼠分别饲以含硒为0.01、 0.02、 0.05 和0.20mg/kg 的四种饲料,于1、3、7、14、21 和35 天时宰杀,动态观察不同组织中硒蛋白的变化,了解硒耗竭后补硒时组织及硒蛋白利用硒的优先性,由此推测它们的功能的相对重要性。结果表明硒蛋白利用硒的优先性顺序为硒蛋白P (Se-P)、脱碘酶、磷脂氢谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(PHGPX)、细胞外谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(eGPX)、细胞内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(cGPX)和硒蛋白W(Se-W);组织利用硒的优先性顺序首先为脑,其次是甲状腺,睾丸和垂体,最后是心脏、肾脏、肝脏、肌肉、红细胞。
Male Wistar rats with selenium (Se) depletion for 20 weeks were sacrificed on days 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 35 with four diets containing 0.01, 0.02, 0.05 and 0.20 mg selenium, respectively. The changes of selenoproteins in different tissues and the preferential selenium utilization of tissues and selenoproteins during selenium depletion after selenium depletion, thus infer the relative importance of their functions. The results showed that selenoprotein selenoprotein P (Se-P), deiodinase, phospholipid hydroperoxide glutathione peroxidase (PHGPX), extracellular glutathione peroxidase (eGPX ), Intracellular glutathione peroxidase (cGPX) and selenoprotein W (Se-W). The order of selenium utilization in tissues was first brain, secondly thyroid, testis and pituitary, finally heart, kidney, Liver, muscle, red blood cells.
