目的探讨全膝关节置换术后实施综合护理干预对生活质量的影响。方法将我院2014-01-2015-12收治行全膝关节置换术后的89例随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组44例采取常规护理,观察组45例在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预。观察两组患者的术后生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的术后生活质量和护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预应用于全膝关节置换术,可有效提高患者的生活质量和对护理工作的满意度,值得临床全面推广落实。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life after total knee arthroplasty. Methods Totally 89 89 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group (n = 44) received routine nursing, and observation group (n = 45) were performed on the basis of control group Nursing intervention. The postoperative quality of life scores of the two groups were observed. Results The postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied to total knee arthroplasty can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and satisfaction with nursing work, it is worth the full implementation of clinical promotion.
