大连体育馆主体屋盖钢结构中的关键相贯节点的性能对结构的工作性能影响至关重要,因此分别进行了两组节点实验,每组实验均采用两根试件,区别仅在于节点是否采取内置加强板这一节点加强措施。实验结果表明:未采取加强措施的节点在设计荷载作用下由于产生过大的塑性变形而破坏,而采取节点加强措施后,明显的改变了节点的工作性能,显著的提高了节点的极限承载力,采用有限元软件ANSYS对该节点进行的数值模拟结果也验证了实验结果的正确性。在此基础上,建议该工程施工时,在这些受力比较关键的节点处采取内置加强板的构造形式。
The performance of the key interlinked joints in the steel structure of the main roof of Dalian Gymnasium is very important to the working performance of the structure. Therefore, two sets of node experiments were carried out respectively. The experimental results show that the nodes which have not been reinforced are destroyed under the design load due to the excessive plastic deformation, and the node reinforcement measures obviously change the working performance of the node and significantly increase the ultimate bearing capacity of the node The numerical simulation results of ANSYS with finite element software also verify the correctness of the experimental results. On this basis, it is suggested that the structure of the built-in stiffener be adopted at the nodes where the stress is more critical when the project is under construction.
