在超声探伤中,经常遇到测试面较粗糙。如用常规耦合剂时,其耦合剂损耗大,声能透过率低,探伤效果较差。本文介绍了一种适合在粗糙表面上进行超声探伤的耦合剂,其声学性能优于其他类型的耦合剂,应用到球墨铸铁曲轴超声探伤中,效果很好,由于其制备方法简单,成本低,使用损耗小,可较大地提高超声探伤灵敏度,具有很好的应用前景。
In ultrasonic flaw detection, often encounter the test surface is rough. Such as the use of conventional coupling agent, the coupling loss of large, low acoustic energy transmission, testing less effective. In this paper, a kind of coupling agent suitable for ultrasonic flaw detection on rough surface is introduced. Its acoustic performance is superior to other types of coupling agents. It has good effect in ultrasonic flaw detection of ductile iron crankshaft. Because of its simple preparation method and low cost, Use of small loss, can greatly enhance the sensitivity of ultrasonic testing, has a good prospect.
