研究了添加不同含量的稀土合金对热浸镀铝镀层组织和性能的影响,并测定了不同工艺下浸镀层及浸镀试样的耐蚀性。试验结果表明,在热浸镀铝液中加入少量稀土(0.05~0.75%)能降低铝液表面的氧化速度,改善镀件表面质量和镀层的组织;当稀土元素含量控制在0.05~0.2范围内时,能提高镀层的耐盐水(3%NaCl)浸泡和耐盐雾腐蚀性能,而过量的稀土则明显降低镀层的耐蚀性。
The effects of adding different contents of rare earth alloy on the microstructure and properties of hot dip aluminized coatings were studied. The corrosion resistances of immersion coatings and immersed samples under different processes were also measured. The results show that adding a small amount of rare earth (0.05-0.75%) to the hot-dip aluminum plating solution can reduce the oxidation rate of the surface of the molten aluminum and improve the surface quality and the microstructure of the coating. When the content of rare earth elements is controlled at 0 .05 ~ 0.2 within the range, can improve the coating of salt water (3% NaCl) soaking and salt spray corrosion resistance, and excessive rare earth significantly reduces the corrosion resistance of the coating.
