紫杉科植物长叶榧Torreya jackii为我国特有植物。其化学成分国内外未见文献报道。动物实验发现有降压,舒张血管等活性。为了寻找活性成分,我们进行了研究。将福建产长叶榧茎粉,用乙醇提取,提取物继用乙醚提取,醚提液用酸碱处理后,乙醚提取物用硅胶柱层分离,先用石油醚洗脱,继用不同配比石油醚-乙醚洗脱,根据薄层检查情况进行适当合并,得化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ。Ⅱ再经离心硅胶薄层层析,先用己烷洗脱,继
The Yezi Torreya jackii is a unique plant in China. Its chemical composition has not been reported in the literature at home and abroad. Animal experiments have found that blood pressure, vasodilation and other activities. In order to find active ingredients, we conducted a study. The stalk powder from Fujian was grown and extracted with ethanol. The extract was extracted with ether. The ether extract was treated with acid and alkali.
