保元化滞汤出自《医林改错》,为清代名医王清任治小儿痘后痢疾方。余应用于治疗成人赤白痢疾,效果满意。药物组成黄芪(煎汤冲)、滑石粉、白沙糖各50克。用法及注意事项1.上述处方为一日量,每晚均于临睡前服。2.痢疾初起、体质壮实者可不用黄芪,用白开水冲调滑石粉、白沙糖;久痢脾虚或体质素弱用黄芪煎汤取汁冲和滑石粉、白沙糖即可。3.从服药当天算
