运用数学手段进行 TLC 系统的最佳选取是近年来药物分析理论化的重要进展之一。在方法上,除了较为成功的数值分类信息量选取法以外,系统差值信息量分类法在理论与应用的某些方面有其独到之处。本文探讨了用后一方法对22种磺胺类药物的56种 TLC 系统的最佳选取,并浅析了两种方法的部分区别。
The use of mathematical means for the optimal selection of TLC systems is one of the important advances in the theoretical analysis of drug analysis in recent years. In terms of methods, apart from the more successful numerical classification information selection method, the system differential information classification method has its own uniqueness in some aspects of theory and application. This article discusses the use of the latter method for the optimal selection of 56 TLC systems for 22 sulfonamides and analyzes some of the differences between the two methods.
