江苏省仪征市日塘乡长兴村叶西村民小组地处丘陵山区,有耕地83亩,其中,水田51亩,旱田32亩;人口48人,整半劳动力19个。去冬,通过农民群众集资投劳,建成一口蓄水容量1.5万立方米的当家塘,全组水田亩均达到300立方米,解决了长期以来灌溉不足的突出矛盾,从根本上改善了农业生产条件。在去年秋播结束后到春节前只有60多个睛天的时间里,完成土方9700立方米,人均202立方米。这种艰苦办水利的精神和取得的显著成效,在当地受到人们的普遍赞誉。同时,也给了我们以有益的启示。
Yexi Village, Changtang Village, RiTang Township, Yizheng City, Jiangsu Province, is located in the hilly and mountainous area with 83 acres of arable land, of which 51 are paddy fields and 32 acres of dry land. The population is 48 and the whole labor force is 19. In the winter, through the fund-raising and labor-intensive farming by the peasant masses, a pond with a storage capacity of 15,000 cubic meters was built. The paddy fields in the entire group reached 300 cubic meters per mu. This solved the outstanding contradictions caused by insufficient irrigation and fundamentally improved agricultural production condition. After the end of autumn harvest last year until the Spring Festival only more than 60 days of eye time to complete earthwork 9700 cubic meters, 202 cubic meters per capita. This hard-working spirit of water conservancy and the remarkable results achieved have been widely praised by local people. At the same time, it also gives us helpful inspiration.
