一、概述山西省邮电综合业务楼是我省唯一全国建筑业新技术应用金牌示范工程。该工程 B 段七、八、九层剪力墙采用大模板冬期施工,对保温和拆模、防冻及继续上部施工时的砼强度控制提出严格要求。应用了砼成熟推定结构砼强度和“同条件试块”强度双控的方法,对加快施工进度和保证施工质量收到较好的效果。现将用施工和原材料试验建立砼成熟度一强度关系式及施工应用介绍如
I. Overview Shanxi Posts and Telecommunications Comprehensive Business Building is the only national gold medal demonstration project for new technology application in the construction industry in our province. The construction of the seventh, eighth and ninth-story shear walls of Section B of this project adopts the winter construction of the large formwork, which imposes stringent requirements on the control of thermal insulation and mold removal, antifreeze, and the strength control of the concrete during the continued construction of the upper part. The method of dual-control of the strength of the prefabricated structure and the strength of the “same condition test block” has been applied. It has achieved good results in accelerating the construction progress and ensuring the construction quality.
