At the invitation of the Commonwealth Federation of International Cooperation and New Zealand International Education and Technology Co., Ltd., in August 2004, with the delegation of the trade unions in Hubei Province, I conducted the work on trade unions in universities in Australia and New Zealand (hereinafter referred to as Australia and New Zealand) 13-day visit. Through the exchanges with trade union counterparts in Australia and New Zealand, I feel that many of the practices and experiences of trade unions in Australia and New Zealand have some reference to our work in trade union work.
