本文报道一例我院经手术病理证实的阔韧带肌瘤.患者,女,37岁,自述2年前偶然发现下腹部有一鸡蛋大小的包块,无任何不适.近半月来,自觉包块逐渐增大,并伴有尿频,下腹胀痛等不适.月经13(3-4)/30,量中,无痛经,腹部触诊;腹软,肝脾未扪及,右下腹扪及一拳头大小肿物,压痛,活动度小,表面光滑,妇检:宫颈光滑,举痛(±),宫体,子宫体增大,约3+月孕大小,宫体偏右侧可能及9×8×7cm~3大小肿块,质硬,边界欠清楚,活动度差,触痛,左侧附件未见异常发现,实验室检查心电图正常,血常规RBC3.75×109/L,WBC4.0×109/L,N 0.56,L0.42,Hb:108.8/L,HCG:(一)临床印象:盆腔包块,浆膜下子宫肌瘤?
