对石油企业矿区服务职工及其思想状况的特点进行了分析,认为具有职工队伍的流动性、文化程度偏低、经济收入偏低、部分职工对矿区服务工作具有厌倦情绪等特点,应从坚持思想教育和管理的有机结合、思想工作和党建工作相结合、思想工作和企业文化建设相结合、思想政治工作和职工生活相结合、利用职工大会等等几方面来做好石油企业矿区服务思政工作.
This paper analyzes the characteristics of service workers and their ideological conditions in petroleum enterprises’ mining areas, considers that they have such characteristics as low mobility, low educational level, low economic income and some workers who are tired of service work in mining areas. They should insist on ideological education And management of organic combination of ideological and party building work, ideological and cultural construction, the combination of ideological and political work and the life of workers, the use of staff meetings and so on several aspects to do a good job in oil mining services thinking.
