基于三维扫描的复杂曲面在机测量系统将三维扫描技术引入到加工过程中。通过非接触式三维扫描仪,采集到工件表面离散点,经过点云处理、数字建模操作,将工件与产品模型进行比对,然后计算出所需尺寸。该系统利用了三维扫描实时、柔性的特点,有效地提高了测量的效率与精度。本文从三维扫描技术出发,详细论述三维扫描技术在工件数控加工在机测量上的应用,从理论上设计一套基于三维扫描的在机测量系统。
Complicated Surface Based on 3D Scanning In-machine measurement system introduces 3D scanning technology into the machining process. Through the non-contact 3D scanner, the discrete points on the surface of the workpiece are collected, and after the point cloud processing and the digital modeling operation, the workpiece is compared with the product model, and then the required size is calculated. The system takes advantage of real-time and flexible 3D scanning, which effectively improves the measurement efficiency and accuracy. In this paper, starting from the three-dimensional scanning technology, detailed discussion of the application of three-dimensional scanning technology in machine measurement of workpiece NC machining, theoretically designed a set of on-machine measurement system based on three-dimensional scanning.
