对于一个企业来说,要想保证该企业的业务量,就需要对员工进行一定的绩效考核。但就目前来说,随着我们国家经济的快速发展,很多企业已经跟不上国家发展的步伐,公司内部出现了类似于人员涣散的诸多问题,要想保证企业的健康稳定发展,就需要解决这些问题。而解决这些问题的关键就在于要对现有的企业绩效考核进行创新,让其更适应企业发展的脚步。因此本文就针对现有的绩效考核现状进行分析,并在此基础上提出创新性的企业绩效考核体系,以供参考。
For an enterprise, in order to ensure the business volume of the company, we need to conduct a certain performance appraisal for employees. However, for now, with the rapid economic development in our country, many enterprises have fallen behind the pace of national development. Many problems similar to personnel are scattered within the company. To ensure the healthy and stable development of the enterprise, it needs to be solved these questions. The key to solve these problems is to innovate the existing enterprise performance appraisal, making it more suitable for the pace of enterprise development. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current status of performance appraisal, and on this basis proposes innovative enterprise performance appraisal system for reference.
