用致畸剂(5-bromodeoxyuridine BRDU)成功地诱发大鼠先天性遗传性白内障动物模型:雌鼠动情期受孕率最高(81%),动情前期和间期受孕率均很小。不同剂量 BRDU 诱发仔一代先天性白内障形成概率及严重程度不同;仔二代遗传性白内障患病率也与 BRDU 剂量呈正相关。此白内障动物模型的建立将有助于探讨先天性白内障的病因和防治。
The animal model of congenital hereditary cataract was successfully induced by teratogen (5-bromodeoxyuridine BRDU). The female had the highest conception rate (81%) in estrus period and the low conception rate in early estrus and interphase. Different doses of BRDU induced the generation of congenital cataract with different probability and severity. The prevalence of inherited cataracts in younger generation was also positively correlated with the dosage of BRDU. The establishment of cataract animal model will help to explore the etiology and prevention and treatment of congenital cataract.
