目的:优选口腔溃疡糊基质处方中4种辅料的最佳配比。方法:以聚乙烯醇、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、甘油为考察对象,以综合评分为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选基质处方结果:最佳基质配比为:聚乙烯醇6g、甲基纤维素1.5g、羧甲基纤维素钠1g、甘油3g。结论:按优选最佳条件制备的基质稳定可行,可用于工艺生产。
Objective: To optimize the best proportion of four excipients in oral ulcer paste matrix prescription. Methods: Polyvinyl alcohol, methylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and glycerol were selected as experimental subjects. The comprehensive score was used as an index to optimize the matrix prescription by L9 (34) orthogonal test. The optimal matrix ratio was : Polyvinyl alcohol 6g, methyl cellulose 1.5g, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 1g, glycerol 3g. Conclusion: The matrix prepared by optimal conditions is stable and can be used in the process of production.
