我院从1986年3月～1986年10月,应用日本产的Olympus ENE 2型纤维鼻咽喉镜于临床,共检查102例,其中纤维喉镜76例,纤维鼻咽镜26例。现初步小结如下。一、临床应用 1.检查方法:采用仰卧位,肩垫薄枕,镜从鼻腔徐徐插入。我们认为此种体位病人舒适,检查时容易固定,示教、摄影亦较便利。检查前如下鼻甲肿大,先用2％麻黄素棉签收缩,继用1％地卡因喷雾鼻腔3次,即可检查鼻腔及鼻咽部;如需检查喉部,同时喷1％地卡因于咽喉3次,即可检查喉部。纤维鼻咽喉镜插入部分用0.05％洗必泰消毒后,用凉开水冲洗,拭干,将镜导光管接上冷光源,左手握操作部,右手持导像管,在
