会展业历来被称为“城市的面包”。作为世界最高级别的展览活动,2010年世博会的举办是中国一大盛事,无疑成为上海乃至中国经济发展的重要契机。它一方面将推动中国会展业尽快与国际接轨;另一方面,也必将加速上海这座大城市的国际化进程,并对中国对外经济关系的整体发展产生深远影响。
Convention and exhibition industry has always been called “city of bread ”. As the world’s highest level of exhibition activities, the hosting of the 2010 World Expo is a major event in China and will undoubtedly become an important turning point for the economic development of Shanghai and even China. On the one hand, it will push China’s convention and exhibition industry to conform with international standards as soon as possible; on the other hand, it will certainly speed up the internationalization of this big city in Shanghai and will have a profound impact on the overall development of China’s foreign economic relations.
