环保总局批准国家三阶段摩托车排放标准近日,环保总局批准《摩托车污染物排放限值及测量方法(工况法,中国第Ⅲ阶段)》、《轻便摩托车污染物排放限值及测量方法(工况法,中国第Ⅲ阶段)》、《摩托车和轻便摩托车燃油蒸发污染物排放限值及测量方法》等三项国家污染物排放标准,并于2008年7月1日起全面实施。
The State Environmental Protection Administration approved the national three-stage motorcycle emission standards. Recently, the State Environmental Protection Administration approved the “Motorcycle Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods (Mode Law, China Phase III)” and “Motorcycle Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods. (State of Work Law, China’s Phase III), “Limits and Measurement Methods for Fuel Evaporative Pollutants of Motorcycles and Mopeds” and other three national pollutant discharge standards, and will be fully implemented on July 1, 2008 .
