本文通过~(45)Ca—液闪测定,观察:(1)正常小鼠注射~(45)Ca 后,左右股骨及胫骨上段中放射活性的变化。(2)小鼠右股骨中段骨折后右股骨上、中、下段及胫骨上段中~(45)Ca 放射活性的变化。(3)丹参在骨折愈合中对于动员骨骼钙方面所起的作用。发现正常小鼠左右股骨及胫骨上段的放射活性均随时间而不断下降;注射~(45)Ca 后不同时间造成右股骨中段骨折后,生理盐水组小鼠骨折部位的放射活性高于相应健侧,而骨折邻近部位的放射活性却低于相应健侧;丹参组小鼠中这种变化变得更为显著,说明丹参能更多地把骨折邻近部位的钙动员出来沉积到骨折部位,以利于骨折愈合。
In this study, ~(45)Ca-liquid scintillation assay was used to observe: (1) changes in radioactivity of the upper femur and the upper tibia in normal mice after ~(45)Ca injection. (2) Changes in the activity of ~(45)Ca in the upper, middle, and lower segments of the right femur and the upper segment of the tibia in the right femur after the fracture in the middle mouse. (3) The effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge on mobilizing bone calcium in fracture healing. The radioactivity of the left and right femurs and the upper segment of the humerus in normal mice was decreased over time; after the injection of ~(45)Ca, the right femur mid-fragment was fractured at different times, and the radioactivity of the fracture site in the saline group was higher than that of the corresponding healthy side. However, the radioactivity in the vicinity of the fracture was lower than that in the corresponding contralateral side; this change in the Salvia miltiorrhiza group was more pronounced, suggesting that Salvia miltiorrhiza can mobilize more calcium from the vicinity of the fracture to the fracture site for better Fracture healing.
