目的 观察尾核内多巴胺受体活动的心血管效应。方法 给乌拉坦麻醉的大鼠的尾核内微量注射阿朴吗啡，观察其动脉血压和心率的变化。结果 尾核内注射阿朴吗啡多巴胺后，动脉血压升高，心率加速。结论 阿朴吗啡兴奋尾核内多巴胺受体可产生明显的心血管效应。
Objective To observe the cardiovascular effects of dopamine receptor activity in caudate nucleus. Methods A small amount of apomorphine was injected into the caudate nucleus of the urethane anesthetized rats, and the changes of arterial blood pressure and heart rate were observed. Results After injection of apomorphine dopamine in caudate nucleus, arterial blood pressure increased and heart rate accelerated. Conclusion Apomorphine can stimulate dopamine receptors in caudate nucleus to produce obvious cardiovascular effects.
