为了建立古陶瓷原料化学成分X荧光光谱分析(以下简称“XRF”)测试的标准,本工作采用了一组标准粘土和标准矿物作为测试样品,使用XRF的定性分析方法进行测试。然后应用多项式回归分析算法,构建了古陶瓷原料化学成分与XRF测试强度值之间相关关系的数学模型,以此回归模型,可以对古陶瓷原料的化学成分进行较准确的测试分析。
In order to establish the standard of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (hereinafter referred to as “XRF”) of ancient ceramic raw materials, a series of standard clays and standard minerals were used as test samples and tested using the XRF qualitative analysis method. Then the polynomial regression analysis algorithm was used to construct the mathematical model of the correlation between the chemical composition of ancient ceramic raw materials and the XRF test intensity value. With this regression model, the chemical composition of the ancient ceramic raw materials can be more accurately tested and analyzed.
