世界上很多地区的化学品管理法规正在发生着变化。这些变化将对传统工业包括肥皂和洗涤剂行业的经营方式产生深远的影响。本文讨论了化学品管理法规的有关变化,特别对四个司法制度最为成熟的地区——美国、欧盟、加拿大和日本的化学品管理法规的变化进行了讨论。文章分析了导致这些变化的因素,指出了这些变化对全球性和地区性工业的影响。最后,文章提出了亚洲工业界面对这些挑战应采取的行动。
Chemicals regulations in many parts of the world are changing. These changes will have a profound impact on how the traditional industries, including the soap and detergent industry, operate. This article discusses relevant changes in the regulations governing the management of chemicals, with particular reference to changes in the regulations governing chemical management in the four most mature jurisdictions - the United States, the European Union, Canada and Japan. The article analyzes the factors that led to these changes and points out the impact of these changes on global and regional industries. Finally, the article sets forth the actions that Asian industry should take to meet these challenges.
