最近大热的《舌尖上的中国》是一部极成功的纪录片,细数下来,里面介绍的美食和食材有几百种,印证了中国地大物博的事实。《舌尖》系列之所以这么成功,除了镜头、音效等独具匠心外,最重要的是这是一部反映咱老百姓的生活纪录片。片子以美食作为切入点,展现了普通人的生活方式,以及形成这种生活习惯的中国几千年的历史文化。而我们喜欢它,就是因为从家乡美食中可以品出家乡的味道、想到家乡的亲人。这里面的美食已不仅仅是可以填饱肚子的食物,而是联系人与人之间感情的纽带。山东大煎饼、陕西臊子面、新疆大盘鸡……这些食物在各个城市都可以找得到,可平时它们在我们的眼里并算不上美食,原因有很多,我们吃到的或许不正宗;快节奏的生活容不得我们慢慢地品尝美食,只是拿它充饥而已。比如馒头,《舌尖上的中国1》中这样解说馒头:“它是中国人餐桌上的
