档案管理是企业管理的重点部分,人事档案管理是企业管理中的关键环节,它对企业员工的工作有重要的意义,可是有人认为人事档案没有用,忽视了人事档案的作用。文章分析了我国人事档案管理中存在的问题,并对如何解决这些问题提出了自己的看法。
File management is the key part of enterprise management. Personnel file management is the key link in enterprise management. It has great significance to the work of enterprise employees. However, some people think that the personnel files are of no use and neglect the function of personnel files. The article analyzes the existing problems in the personnel file management in our country and puts forward my own views on how to solve these problems.
