本文采用酶标抗体法分析正常人和165例各种肾脏病人尿液管型中的蛋白质成份。结果表明,观察管型中蛋白质成份有助于鉴别原发性和肾性高血压,并能为早期诊断某些肾小球疾病及观察病情演变和疗效提供线索。
In this paper, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for normal and 165 cases of various kidney patients urinary tube protein content. The results show that the observation tube protein components can help identify essential and renal hypertension, and early diagnosis of some glomerular diseases and observe the evolution and efficacy of clues.
