有报道精液不液化可能是由于α-淀粉酶及糜蛋白酶缺乏或减少。本文对28例不液化精液用胰蛋白酶(以下简称胰酶)处理后,观察液化时间及精子活力改变,提示胰酶对加速精液液化,提高精子活力有明显的促进作用。
It has been reported that semen liquefaction may be due to lack or decrease of α-amylase and chymotrypsin. In this paper, 28 cases of non-liquefied semen treated with trypsin (hereinafter referred to as trypsin) to observe the liquefaction time and sperm motility changes, suggesting that trypsin to accelerate sperm liquefaction and improve sperm motility was significantly promoted.
