患者23岁,因婚后2年不孕,于1999—09—17来我院就诊。2年前曾因孕3月多,在当地县医院行钳刮术,术后阴道出血1周,之后月经正常。因不孕曾在当地医院行输卵管造影及男方精液检查,结果均正常。妇科检查:阴道、子宫、宫体双侧附件均未见异常,1999—09—17来我院B超提示:宫腔内可见2.3cm强光带,考虑为“宫腔内异物”,次日宫颈插管数小时后将宫扩至7～8号,用宫腔针探宫腔,有坚硬的异物感。用弯血管钳夹出长约0.3～0.4cm小骨
