采用对氨基苯磺酸-盐酸萘乙二胺光度法测定三聚磷酸钠中亚硝酸盐,探讨了样品处理与干扰消除方法,控制溶液pH为3.0左右,溶解样品时避免加热水解,必要时对溶液进行干过滤,测定结果变异系数为2.3%,回收率为98.6%～100.6%。
The sulfanilic acid - naphthyl ethylenediamine hydrochloride spectrophotometry was used to determine the nitrite in sodium tripolyphosphate. The methods of sample processing and interference elimination were discussed. The pH value of the solution was controlled to about 3.0. The hydrolysis was avoided when the sample was dissolved. If necessary, The solution was dry-filtered. The coefficient of variation (CV) was 2.3% and the recovery rate was 98.6% ~ 100.6%.
