我们新疆兵团农二师工四团是一个具有近四十年建安历史的老二级企业,职工3624人,有十六个生产单位。前年底,我们承建了塔里木石油开发二号生活区工程,甲方单位是:中国塔里木石油开发指挥部(以下简称塔指),生活小区建设面积27200m~2,房屋建筑面积4637m~2,其中包括有住宿、食堂、办公、锅炉土建安装、配电等十几个单位工程和室外管网、电网、场区道路。工程位置在被称为死亡之海的塔可拉玛干大沙漠里,距库尔勒市230公里,所有施工用水和土产材料都要从五十多公里以外运入,予制楼板、钢材、水泥等众多建筑材料都要从库尔勒市运来。面临如此艰巨的任务,我们选择了走质量效益型的道路,争创优良工程。

All construction water and indigenous materials must be imported from more than 50 kilometers away to make slabs, steel, cement, etc. Many building materials have to be shipped from Korla. Faced with such an arduous task, we chose to take the road of quality and efficiency and strive for excellence.
