目的探讨在明确糖尿病患者个体运动强度下,确定有效持续运动时间及运动方案对2型糖尿病患者糖、脂代谢的影响。方法将70例2型糖尿病患者按入院时间分为观察组和对照组各35例。观察组根据最少运动时间制定有效运动方案,对照组患者采用常规运动方法。比较两组患者空腹血糖、血脂、平均运动时间变化。结果经过4周、5周、6周锻炼后,两组空腹血糖及血脂均呈好转趋势,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组平均每次运动时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论以最少持续运动时间的运动处方进行运动能获得与长时间锻炼同样的运动效果,有效控制2型糖尿病患者血糖水平,维持血脂稳定。
Objective To investigate the effect of exercise duration and exercise regimen on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) under definite exercise intensity of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission. Observation group according to the minimum exercise time to develop effective exercise program, the control group of patients using conventional exercise method. Fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and mean exercise time were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks, 5 weeks and 6 weeks of exercise, the fasting blood glucose and blood lipid in both groups showed a tendency of improvement, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (all P> 0.05). The average exercise time in the observation group was significantly shorter In the control group (P <0.01). Conclusions Exercise with the least continuous exercise time can get the same exercise effect as prolonged exercise, effectively control the blood sugar level of type 2 diabetic patients and maintain the stability of blood lipids.
