根据临床上的观察、流行病学调查以及动物实验研究的结果,不少作者认为,对于人和大鼠来说,口服非那西汀是致癌的.特别是,这一物质,作为一种止痛退热剂使用时,与人的泌尿系统肿瘤的发生有关.但是,关于后一点,未能得到实验研究的确切验证.本文作者曾以小鼠为对象,采用注射方法,试验一年,观察非那西汀有无引发动物泌尿系统肿瘤的作用,未能获得阳性结果.本文报告仍以小鼠为对象、但是采用以定量的非那西汀灌胃的方法进行试验的结果.
