China’s Advantages Strategic mineral resources generally include rare earths, vanadium, tungsten, titanium, tantalum, tin, graphite, molybdenum, niobium and antimony. They play a significant role in the national economy. However, at present, these resources are facing a very serious situation. In order to cope with this unfavorable situation, in recent years our government has adopted a series of measures including mining protection, output restrictions, industrial regulation and control, technological innovation and export quotas.
