2003年11月29日-12月1日,由中国企业文化研究会主办的“中外企业文化2003青岛峰会”在青岛召开。引人注目的是,在这次会议上,青岛市被中国企业文化研究会授予了“全国企业文化建设示范基地”称号。不仅如此,包括海尔、澳柯玛、青岛交运集团等在内的11个企业获得“中国企业文化建设20年建设实践奖”的同时,由青岛天和企划公司策划的市立医院和海润自来水公司CIS设计荣获“中国企业文化建设20年设计案例奖”。而原青岛市企业文化建设协会副会长兼秘书长,现青岛天和企业形象策划咨询有限公司董事长、总经理刘玉华也被授予了“中国企业文化建设20年个人贡献奖”……于是,青岛企业文化现象的话题再次成为了焦点。于是,刘玉华成了周刊的访谈人物。
