在轨道交通运营中,运营调度、车站值班员以及列车驾驶员是保证运营系统安全的核心也是主体,运营调度有效的运营调整、车站合理的客流组织以及司机熟练的操作技巧是正常运营秩序的必要条件,现结合层次分析法的相关理论知识,利用层次分析法进行研究,对运营组织体系进行研究,从运营处置单位、设施设备以及组织管理进行着手分析,从而总结出最终的方案。
