江苏茅山丘陵白土地区栽种苕子绿肥,产量不高。微生物学的研究指出:苕子生长不好,结瘤率低,是和土壤中根瘤菌的含量较少有关。通过根瘤菌接种已初步获得良好的效果。因此,研究根瘤菌在低产土壤的应用及其与环境条件的关系,既是农业生产提出的问题,也是土壤微生物研究课题中最有实际意义的问题。为了确定丘陵地区的最适菌种,我们把外地和白土地区分离到的菌种作了比较。结果选出菌系W_1和菌系331两个,它们不仅表现侵染力较强,而且固氮率
