用菠菜叶绿体通过光合磷酸化反应将胞嘧啶核苷-磷酸（CMP）合成为胞嘧啶核苷三磷酸（CTP）。转化率85％。合成产物经”乙醇沉淀、离子交换层析，乙醇结晶获得成品，对CMP的收率为50．2％。
Cytosine-phosphate (CMP) was synthesized as cytidine triphosphate (CTP) by photosynthetic phosphorylation using spinach chloroplasts. Conversion rate of 85%. The synthesized product was "ethanol precipitation, ion exchange chromatography, ethanol crystallization of the finished product, the yield of CMP was 50.2%.
