1病例报告患者,男,62岁,因双侧鼻塞2年余于2016年2月21日入院。鼻塞开始为间断交替性,后加重为持续性,流涕,嗅觉减退,偶有头痛、头晕,不伴有涕中带血,无面部麻木感。曾行6次鼻息肉手术,有变应性鼻炎史,皮肤点刺试验:屋尘螨(++),粉尘螨(++),蟹(+)。专科检查:双鼻腔内有脓性分泌物,吸净后即可见双中鼻道息肉,右中鼻道黄白色新生物,触之坚硬,表面不光滑。鼻窦CT扫描示:右前组筛窦见不规则高密度影,密度不均匀,
1 Case Report Patients, male, 62 years old, admitted to hospital on February 21, 2016 due to bilateral obstruction for 2 years. Nasal congestion began intermittent alternating, after the increase was persistent, runny nose, decreased sense of smell, occasional headache, dizziness, without bloody tears, no facial numbness. Had 6 times nasal polyps surgery, history of allergic rhinitis, skin prick test: House dust mites (++), dust mites (++), crab (+). Specialist examination: There are purulent secretions in the nasal cavity. After the net absorption, double middle nasal polyps can be seen. The right mid-nasal yellowish white new creatures touch hard and the surface is not smooth. Sinus CT scan shows: the right anterior ethmoid sinus see irregular high density, uneven density,
