根据公安部关于加强公安民警心理健康工作的指示精神和公安民警心理健康的实际状况,为了全面推进我省公安民警心理健康工作,辽宁省心理咨询训练课题组到广州、深圳和四川等国内率先成立警察心理健康服务机构的省公安厅,就警察心理咨询开展情况进行了全面考察调研。本文在借鉴兄弟省厅经验基础上,结合我省的实际情况,从四个方面对建立辽宁省警察心理咨询中心的可行性进行了全面论证。
In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Public Security on strengthening the mental health work of policemen and the actual conditions of policemen’s mental health, in order to comprehensively promote the mental health of policemen in our province, the Task Group on Psychological Consultation and Training in Liaoning Province took the lead in establishing positions in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Sichuan Police Department of Psychological Health Service Provincial Public Security Department, carried out a comprehensive investigation and study of police psychological counseling. Based on the experience of brothers and ministries and agencies and the actual conditions in our province, this article makes a comprehensive demonstration of the feasibility of establishing Liaoning Province Police Psychological Counseling Center from four aspects.
