HC 轧机改善了工作辊的受力状态,减少了工作辊的弯曲,使钢板平直。但支撑辊和工作辊端部有应力集中,严重者产生刻痕。为解决此问题,加强板形平直度的控制,西德西马克公司研制出了 CVC6-HS 轧机。这种轧机可使带钢卷全长的95%达到公称厚度±0.5%(厚度≤0.5mm)和1%(厚度≥6mm)。这种轧机的下、上中间辊磨成瓶形,通过其轴向移动而得到不同的辊缝形状,从而生产出平直的带钢产品。CVC6-HS 轧机是目前使冷轧带钢平直度达到理想状态的最佳机型,是控制手段最完备的机型。鞍钢应引进这种技术和机型。
