历史的实践证明,过去按照斯大林的集体农庄模式建立起来并有所发展的农业合作社和人民公社,是不成功的。党的十一届三中全会以来,在农村经济改革和商品经济发展中,新发育和生长出一种新型的合作经济。认真总结这种新型合作经济的经验,在理论上进行新的概括,建立一套新的社会主义商品经济的合作理论,对加速中国农村经济的商品化、社会化和现代化的历史进程,具有重大的意义。
Historical practice has proved that agricultural cooperatives and people’s communes, which were established and developed in the past under the Stalinist model of collective farming, were unsuccessful. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, a new type of cooperative economy has been newly developed and grown in rural economic reform and the development of commodity economy. To earnestly summarize the experience of this new type of cooperative economy, carry out a new generalization in theory and establish a new set of cooperative theories on socialist commodity economy are of great importance in accelerating the historical process of commercialization, socialization and modernization of China’s rural economy Meaning.
